• Quantify 2C SP2 is required for Lync 2010
• Quantify 3A is required for Lync 2013

• Microsoft Lync Server 2010 & Microsoft Lync Server 2013
• Microsoft Lync 2010 Client Cumulative Update 5
• Microsoft Lync Phone Edition Cumulative Update 5
• Microsoft Lync 2013 Client 1.5.
• No special Lync licenses required for recording.

• One or more trusted application servers must be setup within the Lync topology on the site of the recorded Lync system, for the installation of RBR Lync Capture.

• Audio recording requires additional Audio/Video MCU capacity.
• Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 is required on servers to run RBR Lync Monitor or RBR Lync Capture.
